Had to claim unfortunately, took rather a long time...

Had to claim unfortunately, took rather a long time and all done by email, which went to my junk box , so didn’t see it for a week or so. When I questioned the refund, had to put words into the call handlers mouth as to why it was only 50% of my claim! I suspect the lady was not English so it was rather difficult and very frustrating. Medical conditions continue to be insured

Following some new medical conditions my existing supplier would not insure me. However, that wasn't a problem for GoodToGo who have insured me at a very reasonable rate, enabling me to continue to go on holiday aboad. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2025
