fast in taking your money try getting it back

my wife was insured with them and cancelled it on the 27/6/2020 the said they paid the money into my bank account but its been closed since 3/3/2020. but kept saying it saying my bank was wrong they can pay into account when closed. so now 5/08/2020 told them my bank is sending bank statement for all my accounts and a letter saying no money has ever been paid by them in my bank. but they keep refusing to pay the money saying its been paid so they are more likely calling me and the bank lairs in a around about way. they are the worst iv had to ever deal with in my life and am 64 and they still refused to pay the money back . if you pay them money try and get it back you will be lucky am still waiting 7 weeks Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Avoid at All Costs - Worst Insurance Company Ever! GoSkippy Insurance is an absolute nightmare. I went an entire year without making a single claim, yet they **blatantly refused** to honor my No Claim Bonus. This company is nothing short of a scam, robbing loyal customers of what they rightfully deserve. I provided every piece of documentation they asked for, but they still found a way to weasel out of giving me my bonus. The customer service was horrendous—rude, unhelpful, and completely indifferent to my situation. It’s clear they only care about squeezing every last penny out of their customers, with no regard for fairness or honesty. Do yourself a favor and **stay far away** from this disgraceful company. Do NOT trust GoSKippy for Provisional Licences !

I completed an application via the CompareThemarket platform, GoSkippy came out the best . My aplication comprised of me and my son ( who has held a provisional license for more than 2 years) , all this information was supplied at the point of application. 2 weeks later they advised the Insurer had 'exercised their right to cancel ' as they did not cover any Provisional license holder of more than 2 years. How was I to know this ? This is your mistake not mine yet you want to fine me £187 ! Beware of Goskippy , unprofessional and untrustworthy with 0 Customer Service ! Reviewed on: 31st August 2024

TERRIBLE COMPANY... AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I had asked them about updating the drivers licence details on one of the drivers on my policy who had to exchange their UK licence for an EU licence. After they quoted nearly £60 to make the change I asked them to NOT go ahead with the change. They went ahead anyway and made the change, but changed the wrong driver's details. They have now been hounding me for payment of this change, as well as another balance of £35 they seem to have just added to my account for which they don't seem to be able to provide any reason or details. I have asked them multiple times to reverse the charge for the incorrect change they made to the policy and have also requested details of the additional charge. But they simply refuse to answer my questions and just keep threatening to refer the matter to debt collectors if the amount is not paid. Reviewed on: 19th August 2024
