Extremely helpful

When not many insurers would take me on got you covered were able to find a policy for me, even when in financial difficulties they were able to move my payments around to help. Customer service very good and friendly and quick to answer the phone which is rare for insurance companies. Reviewed on: 11th October 2022

It's an OK company

It's ok if you struggling to get a low quote insurance. But they will try everything and every possible excuse to keep your premium high which is not required at all. Reviewed on: 11th October 2022

Had a great experience with one of got you covered members of staff

Helped guide me through the process with ease, my cover wasn't the easiest to help with since I lost my licence, and I required 60 days to provide relevant documentation because I was waiting for a medical, and there has been postal strikes. Only thing I would comment on is the regular emails saying I needed to contact urgently even though I had received 60 days. Apart from that nothing negative to say, easy straight forward, friendly.
