Always helpful

I have found this bank to always be helpful and understanding with regards to everyday living for people like myself, who hasn't thousands of pounds in savings put away. On the odd occasion in the past when I've needed an everyday loan of £300 or, a loan so I can pay a month's rent & deposit upfront, they have always come to my rescue. The staff are always polite and helpful aswell, so yes!!...they get my vote. Reviewed on: 24th June 2022

People not numbers

This company helped me when no-one else would.

Professional, yes of course they are a business, but very helpful personable staff. I had to fulfill their financial requirements, but they were compassionate whilst maintaining their sound business ethos when times were tough for me. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2022

My experience with the organisation was awesome

When I went to the then Bristol Credit Union I was not a member and was not expecting to be given a loan. To my surprise it took me minutes to get a loan. I needed the money to pay my son’s university fees…. I was desperate. I will forever be grateful to the Bristol credit union. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2022

Easy registration process , loan is 95% to be granted, good interest rate and excellent customers services. Kudos to GWC

Have been granted a loan twice and the loan process was very straight forward, decision made within one day, interested rate good and this has help me as I customer to always come back for loan when need be and high chances of the loan being granted. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2022
