Amazing customer service

I applied for a loan and was accepted, they were so helpful, I also needed a payment holiday because of unforseen circumstances and was given a payment holiday without question. Reviewed on: 21st May 2026

I’ve just paid off a loan.

I’ve just paid off a loan. The customer service I’ve received over the years has always been great. I actually have spoken to same member of staff a few times who is a credit to your team. Goes above and beyond and is always so polite and chirpy on the phone. Reviewed on: 21st May 2026

Respectful

When I had issues with repaying my loan they were very understanding and helped me sort out a better plan to still continue paying off my loan without getting me in more debt. They were respectful and very helpful Reviewed on: 21st May 2026
