Very poor communication Applied for a top loan, did nit email me at all just closed my application. No communication at all from them. I only found out when I logged in Reviewed on: 26th May 2026

Great personal service & local benefit too

The team at the credit union have always been really helpful to me, and I can't praise them highly enough. It makes such a difference to speak to a real person who isn't in a call centre following a script. Their loans are affordable and I know all my interest stays in my local area too. Good company
