I had a seamless experience with GWCU.

I had a seamless experience with GWCU. I applied for a loan and got approved. It was a straightforward process. As it auto-deduct from my pay, I need not have to worry for monthly payments. Great service and invaluable for vulnerable people

My experience of GWCU has always been very good and as a disabled person they have been a godsend in helping me with financial struggles, such as buying a mobility scooter etc. Due to having a fairly low credit score, without them I would have nobody to turn to for assistance. Took out my forst Loan with them.

Took out my forst Loan with them. No issues. Went to get a Top Up loan and even though I could afford it, had evidence to back it up and never missed a payment, I was STILL rejected. Customer service takes ages to reply as well Reviewed on: 30th April 2026
