Great experience

I was struggling to find a place for me and my 1 yo child and GWCU helped me with a loan that allowed me to rent a house and give the deposit. I will always be grateful Reviewed on: 9th July 2026

Very quick to apply for a loan , as well as very quick to receive the money once you’ve been accepted. Pretty straight forward and easy to apply and set up direct debits for repayments. Always easy to get through to customer service on their number provided. If any problem they can contact you via phone, text and email which is always ideal. Will always and forever recommend. Easy, excellent service, everything very understandable, I’ll recommend it friends. Easy access to you account by website but, very good verification before log in so definitely feeling safe. Money was send very fast straight to my account, I had problem with one payment, I call customer service and they helped a lot.
