From the very start of being a member of great weste...

From the very start of being a member of great western credit union I have received great support, have been listened to and understood on the help I received and have had no issues, whenever I have spoke to customer support they have always been helpful and guided me through options or affordable ways to reconstruct my personal finances, since being a member my mental health is being controlled better and my first loan helped pay for my lower back problem with my physical disability. Never once have I felt stressed or forced to pay anything back, commitments with payments each month are affordable and controllable, I do hope I can always be a member as I really believe as long as you can manage repayments then great western credit are great company to be connected with.all the money I have borrowed would of been nice to do something for my self I have been so unlucky but then lucky because the help I received, my first loan has helped with chiropractic help and they also helped with my rent loan and deposit for my flat , now recently my puppy got ill 2 days after buying her and I ended up pay £3800 in vet bills , I would of like to use my loan money for improvements and myself but with out the help I wouldn’t of been able to do the things that needed doing , I wish I could just have a holiday now as that’s what all I wanted in the first place but my luck has t been great . My mental health been bad and I still haven’t been able to grieve properly in the whole 5 years as my mum use to support me a lot , I hope this review gets read because people need help and people also need to be happy I’ve had solve some my problems with great western credit I just need something for myself now but that day will come ,thankyou so much again , Reviewed on: 10th July 2026

I have been with BCU for alot of years.
