Easy to use and great customer service

Have applied for mortgage and so far it has been very easy to use and communication is good as well. Our advisor is quick to answer any queries and mortgage deal recommended is the better than ones quoted by other brokers. All in all, great experience so far. Reviewed on: 15th April 2021

Unbelievably responsive... love it!

5-star service

We found the Habito experience top-notch. The virtual platform is incredibly effective, allowing you to easily keep track of all documents and correspondence, and the online chat with our mortgage advisor that both sides could dip in and out of was much more efficient than having to schedule telephone appointments. Unexpectedly pleasant experience

We were in a slightly complicated situation as I am in the process of moving jobs - so evidencing our income is difficult. We were also keen to go with a more ethical provider. Steven our advisor worked within these constraints and found a mortgage that looks like it will work for us. The convenience of online chat is great, but Steven also arranged a phone call with us to ensure everything was clear. Everything was dealt with very quickly. Highly recommended.
