Amazing product

I’ve had my ultimate reward current account for a fair few years now and it’s worth every penny. With only a monthly payment of £17, I have breakdown cover and travel insurance, aswell as so many other bonuses. I’d recommend anyone interested to look into it and it’s incredible rewards. Great perks

One of the best advantage accounts going. The price is a little higher than most but if you travel a lot the worldwide (including usa) travel insurance is great. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

always there for me, even if fraud attempted

Had a recent attempt at an online fraud on my account, and halifax dealt with it brilliantly. I was contacted through a trusted source that already existed on my phone to highlight an attempted payment that they had stopped before it went through. I then contacted the fraud team who stopped the transaction showing on my account. I'd say they are always there for their customers. No fuss banking

It really is ultimate

You can't go wrong with having breakdown cover, has saved me a few times. Holiday insurance is brill; if only I could afford to go. Mobile insurance I used that last year Loads of others. And not bad price, it would cost more to do get all these benefits separately. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2018

Great Account including Packages

This account includes a £300 fee free overdraft and also includes some brilliant packages saving you money where you would buy these else where. The packages are Home Emergency Cover, AA Breakdown Cover, Mobile Phone Insurance and Worldwide multi-trip family travel insurance. The only thing I would say though it does charge £15 to have this account. Reviewed on: 1st February 2018

Too many mistakes

I've experienced far too many errors with Halifax. When issues have been highlighted they are slow to take ownership and/or rectify. This is very much to the detriment of their customers and feels like they value their customers in name only. Reviewed on: 5th January 2018
