SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. Savings rates have come down. SVR goes up immediately interest rates go up. Gross profiteering imo. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025

Following an extremely informative and helpful meeting with a mortgage advisor, I have decided to remain with the Hanley on a variable rate mortgage. There were no delays to the paperwork and I was kept fully informed throughout the process. Reviewed on: 13th August 2024

Lana was lovely, professional and cared

I recently completed on my house purchase with The Hanley. My mortgage advisor was Lana. Lana was amazing. She made the process seamless. She gave us updates throughout. She made us aware upfront of what we needed so we could provide all the documents so nothing would be delayed. She was so lovely and friendly. She even sent us a congratulations card when we moved in, which we both said was a lovely touch. I would recommend The Hanley as they have a fantastic advisor (Lana) and the products offered were really good compared to other lenders. Reviewed on: 31st July 2024

The guidance and support we received throughout, made the whole process as stress free as possible. We have been with The Hanley since we bought as first time buyers. They have always looked after us and the recent mortgage renewal process was no exception. They were extremely efficient with sending out our renewal options and were both clear and thorough when talking us through what each of them meant for us.
