SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. Savings rates have come down. SVR goes up immediately interest rates go up. Gross profiteering imo. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025

Excellent efficient service

I have recently switched my mortgage to Hanley and wish to comment on the excellent service provided by my advisor Lana Beech. From the initial call with her right through to the mortgage completion she has been so helpful and attentive. It's so refreshing to have someone talk to you rather than hide behind an email. Good service

After a few issues changing our mortgage to move house we did speak to the customer services team. Our issue was resolved very quickly and we were allocated Jame Longmore to sort our new mortgage. Jane went the extra mile to advise us on the best product. She kept us updated through the process and the mortgage part of our house move was completed very quickly. Self Build Mortgage
