Excellent communication & support

I turned to Haysto after unsuccessful attempts to secure a mortgage with 2 other mortgage brokers. They called me back straight away, and I received a decision in principle within 24h and a mortgage offer in around a week. I received a call from the Insurance specialist who assisted me with the process of obtaining necessary insurance for myself and the house. There was a step by step description on the portal specifying what happens next, with the names and contact numbers of assigned mortgage expert, advisor and insurance specialist. I never had to chase anyone for answers, I was getting calls and messages in a timely manner, and was always advised of the timeframe of next part of the process. I was delighted with the customer service I have received, and the ease of the whole process. Other mortgage brokers were advising me to hold off and save up more for the deposit, but Haysto carefully evaluated my situation and secured me a mortgage in time to get the house I had already put an offer on. I am definitely going to use them as a broker when I remortgage the house, as they put the customer first, and they refund the initial deposit if they cannot secure a mortgage. The only broker who wanted to help!!

Was looking at a remortgage with swapping names on the mortgage. Was told it couldn't be done, and that I would have to lose my house by other brokers. Found haysto online and decided to give them a try after seeing many positive reviews. And now I see why, from the start they had nothing but a can do attitude and made the impossible, possible. They made the whole process simple and easy to understand and kept me informed every step of the way. I'm so glad I decided to choose haysto as they have now saved my home. Tom has been excellent for us!

Tom has been excellent for us, he is always on the ball and managed to solve any issues quickly if they arise. Our circumstances were difficult but he managed to find us a lender that was within our financial expectations. Haysto have been brilliant!

Haysto have been brilliant from start to finish, especially Tia and Phil. Both of them were always on hand to reply to messages/calls the same day. The team who were assigned to me where great, Ermira gave me constant support from the beginning through the mortgage process when Charley was assigned as my case manager, when faced with a worrying time it was good to have someone on hand to help support and give me peace of mind I cant thank them enough for helping achieve my mortgage. The portal is easy to use and keeps you up to date on where you are at in the process, you can book update calls with your case manager and talk to your mortgage advisor ( who was a like a guardian angel i must say) Reviewed on: 31st March 2025
