I am happy with Heron Finance however the upselling got a bit much, and I had to repeatedly respond to say I was not interested, over the phone and email. At first occurrence I thought it was a one off however it happened more than once. It was quite annoying by it in the end. Not enough to put me off using Heron Finance in future. Excellent Customer Service

As first time buyers we cannot recommend Heron Financial enough! Fazer was our mortgage advisor and he was excellent. He was extremely helpful and clear and always gave us his time when we had questions. He also re-did our mortgage application for us when the rates slightly dropped. Customer service was 10/10. Exceptional service

I had a brilliant experience with my mortgage advisors, From the start, they were excellent, professional, and proactive in securing my mortgage deal. What really stood out was how alert they were to interest rate changes. Every time rates went down, they got in touch straight away and moved quickly to secure a new deal at a lower rate, making sure I didn’t miss out.
