I would say that the overall experience was good.

I would say that the overall experience was good. They were accommodating and friendly. Sorting both my mortgage and income protection policy. The only comment I would make on the mortgage side, it did all feel a little bit like a conveyor belt, which I suppose it is. Overall though, they provided a good service and helped me secure the finances to purchase my new house, so win win. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026
