Efficient friendly service

I was dealing through buildstore for a self build mortgage with Hinckley and Rugby but they were simply awful. I gave up and went direct and it was a revelation. Fast efficient service, staff that talked sense and gave straight answers. Moved my application more in a few days than build store did in weeks. Reviewed on: 2nd January 2023

Essential helpful advice with our mortgage

We received a phone call from the Hinckley and Rugby staff that helped us understand the implications of our current mortgage deal coming to an end. We might not have acted quickly enough or made the right decision without them pointing out the deadlines and giving us the new monthly sums to consider. Professional Consideration

Following the passing of my late wife HRBS was excellent in attitude, respect and trust. No harassment, flexible and patient at all times. This compared very favourably with some other parties. Information provided was accurate and timely and the original mortgage terms were maintained beyond its expiry date. Reviewed on: 29th December 2022
