I needed help with my morgage

Simone Jones helped today and was a very friendly and helpful member of staff. I had been helped by Louise Goodenough yesterday and she went through everything to enable me to send paperwork online via Egress. Without both of their help I would have been totally lost. I had my morgage renewal and needed help to process online

customer service team

Always very bubbly over the phone and very helpful every time i call. Always looking to help you with any question or quires i have. Feels like a family run business which makes a huge difference then when speaking to a giant lender that keeps you on hold for a long time and don't seem to care generally. H & R really are the BEST!

H & R The best mortgage company for sure. I have been with them for five years now and they are very fair, efficient and it feels like a family and they really do their best to suit your requirements.
