Greatly appreciate the service provided by Zainab

I would like to thank Zainab Syed for her guidance and support throughout the last few weeks. She assisted me with a number of queries and has made the process of managing my mortgages account in a more efficient way. Re-mortgage process

All good, apart from very lengthy delays from appointing and paying the approved valuer to undertaking the valuation. A month seemed excessive for the valuer to choose an appointment date, until we realised that the valuer had called in sick on the agreed day in question and didn't then return for a further month. This meant that from receiving an offer in principle in late May, the mortgage funds only became available in early October. Reviewed on: 5th October 2022

Like talking to friends

Been with H&R for several years now and just remortgaged with them. It's such an easy process, and contacting the contracts team is like chatting with friends; they tell you what you need to know in an easy to understand, clear way without ant waffle. So nice to call a company that you can talk to real people. Mortgage rates always good. Our remortgage was dealt with by Simone, who was efficient and friendly and made the process quick and easy.
