Popped in to the Nuneaton branch enquiring about the bonds on offer. We decided to open a new savings account with the Hinckley & Rugby building society as our normal bank had closed it office in the town . Excellent Service

I opened a saving bond with the Hinckley and Rugby Building Society in Nuneaton following a bond which had matured. After checking various savings rates at several banks and building societies, I chose the Hinckley and Rugby because it offered the best rate for me. A pleasant surprise was the extremely friendly and efficient service provided by the lady at the counter. She provided an exemplary service. The lady's name was Carol - and what an asset she must be.
