Very helpful staff

I encountered a few slight administration problems when opening two new savings accounts (opened accounts as POA) The staff were extremely helpful they kept me updated and tried hard to sort things out as quickly as possible. Reviewed on: 30th December 2021

Helpful and efficient service

I visited the branch to open a new savings account. There were three staff in the branch so I was able to be seen quickly and everything was dealt with for me at the counter. The terms of the account were explained as well as the process for how the account is opened and when I should expect to receive my passbook, so I was very pleased I was able to get everything done I wanted to.
