Closure of one account and transfer to another

Was informed by post that fixed rate bond was coming to end of term. Offered alternatives for money. Literature easy to understand and chose another fixed rate bond. Forms were easy to complete and were posted off. A few days later was contacted by office who went through my choices to confirm that I understood what I was signing up for. friendly, considerate and accommodating

The staff were extremely efficient and thoughtful in the way they handled my query and supportive when there was a hinderance. When informed of the problem I was immediately given a positive solution. There was no shrug of the shoulders and "Sorry, that's just the way it is."
