Excellent service after the red tape

I went for a postal 1 year fixed rate bond (1.4%) which is competitive. The application was straightforward though red tape concerning money laundering held me up for a couple of days. As the cash came directly from my High Street bank account I thought the precautions irksome. Thereafter all went quickly and smoothly with text messages keeping me informed at all times. Very good service. Recommended. Reviewed on: 20th January 2020
