Great staff and service

I popped in to the Hinckley branch looking to open a new savings account after visiting other building societies in previous week's. The staff were far more helpful than the competition who didn't seem bothered. The rates and account offered were exactly what I was looking for. Reviewed on: 14th March 2022

Easy to understand leaflet about the 5 year bond. Very pleased that you colleagues took the time to contact me, telling me that the bond interest was increasing to 1.75%. They asked if that the bond was still the one I wanted and were polite and helpful. Reviewed on: 14th March 2022
