I needed to check my account hadn't been compromised as some of my other online accounts had been. Although I have had problems setting up my online account, everyone I spoke to was polite and helped me to get the issue resolved. Feel that they understood what the problems were and were able to assist promptly and didn't feel like a call centre environment but more like a personal service. Reviewed on: 17th March 2026

New account for a WI group

I recently opened a new account for a WI group I belong to, as the bank we previously had an account with informed me the account was to be discontinued. They could not offer me an alternative account without us incuring high charges. Reviewed on: 16th March 2026
