Security and nominated bank

Lilly was very helpful answering questions about my easy access account, talking me through how to set up a telephone password and my nominated bank account. She was very patient, despite it being late in the day, and kept prompting me to make sure all my questions were answered. Reviewed on: 9th February 2026

Simple and Safe Savings

I wanted to close an account and move the balance to another account. I did this simply by using a mixture of online and personal telephone calls. Rita and her staff at Wigston were extremely helpful as well as being down to earth and pleasant. Great care was taken to assure the safety and security of my account. Thank you all concerned. I would recommend the Rugby Branch to anybody.

Very simple to make an appointment which was very prompt. Very good advice given and every question we had was answered. We were made very welcome by extremely pleasant staff. The personal touch and to be able to speak directly to a person makes all the difference. Reviewed on: 5th February 2026
