Opening a savings account

Read about the account in a national newspaper. My local branch provided application form and advice. The account was opened efficiently and smoothly. Reviewed on: 1st February 2023

Great account and helpful people

We've been with HRBS for years now for our mortgage. Just opened an ISA since their interest rate is excellent. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Reviewed on: 31st January 2023

Closure of one account and transfer to another

Was informed by post that fixed rate bond was coming to end of term. Offered alternatives for money. Literature easy to understand and chose another fixed rate bond. Forms were easy to complete and were posted off. A few days later was contacted by office who went through my choices to confirm that I understood what I was signing up for.
