friendly, considerate and accommodating

The staff were extremely efficient and thoughtful in the way they handled my query and supportive when there was a hinderance. When informed of the problem I was immediately given a positive solution. There was no shrug of the shoulders and "Sorry, that's just the way it is." Such caring people

I went in to open a savings account at the Broughton Astley Branch . My husband was with me because I am blind. The lady that helped me was so kind and patient, friendly and pleasant. She told me that she was still in training so would have to get another member of staff to go through some of the fine details with me. She helped me with the form and the male member of staff then came and read out the terms and conditions. It is an absolute joy to go into financial institute that actually has branches open and staff willing to help you rather than try to direct you to a machine. Long may it continue.
