Felt I was being asked to provide a letter from the joint account holder without the need to do so. How would you support my Mum further than I can. Home visits? I don’t think so, also asking for a call from my Mum when I had already explained the situation Reviewed on: 18th February 2026

Neil was extremely helpful. He telephoned to remind us about a change to my child's account. We went into the Rugby branch to make the necessary updates, where Neil explained everything very clearly and took time to make sure all the information was correct. Wonderful staff, plentiful information.

Hinckley & Rugby building society employ an exceptional range of staff, who are all extremely helpful, as well as being able to provide any necessary information. Helpful, professional, informative and friendly staff.

We were helped and advised on purchasing. The gentleman we dealt with was new to us. He introduced himself. Asked appropriate questions and helped us with setting up electronic payments to our personal accounts. Very informative helpful and a credit to your society as are all members of the team.
