My favourite building society

Friendly and helpful service and they have branches you can go into. I have several cash ISA's with them and each of them have been the highest interest within the local area . I like the fact that they have branches you can go into as I like face to face service. Reviewed on: 24th April 2025

I found the branch clean and welcoming.

I found the branch clean and welcoming. I was not kept waiting and was warmly greeted with a smile. Mandy reviewed my application and confirmed everything with me as I would expect. Excellent service

I received excellent service from Gemma, who gave me a full explanation, as well as documentation, about the savings I decided to choose. 5 Year ISA

Liam was very helpful in Hinckley and explained about the 5 year ISA, with the Pass book. I am used to being able to see ISAs online so the Pass Book was new to me . Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
