Excellent Customer Support staff in the Rugby Office.

The Customer Support staff in the Rugby Office are excellent and always willing to help, long serving, knowledgeable but very polite. This service is rare in todays business world but investing locally is so important to the area. If they are unsure the Branch Manager is always willing and goes the extra mile to help. Amazing customer care

I went into the South Wigston branch and Linda was amazingly helpful! She was so kind and was able to support me with my accounts. The whole team there were friendly and helpful but Linda has really supported me and helped my situation. Reviewed on: 22nd October 2025

Contrasting building societies,

A visit to H & R B S in Rugby is an enjoyable experience. For decades I was with the Halifax, which gradually declined, most of the staff being completely uninterested in you being there. I transferred everything to the Hinckley and Rugby, which is a complete contrast, with pleasant staff who want you to be there. Reviewed on: 17th October 2025
