I have recently set up a 5 year cash isa. This has been my first time and Liam Hollis has been there ever step of the way. If it was getting in touch with myself when I incorrectly filled out the application form or confirming the funds have been received, he was always there and been on hand when needed. Friendly and Helpful Branch

We always find our visits to the branch really good- the staff are always friendly and professional. That was particularly so in our last visit when Beverley helped my wife and I to transfer our 120 day ISAs to a fixed ones. We were able to fill the forms out at a table and she kept checking if we had any questions. She was knowledgeable and very helpful- a credit to your Society Reviewed on: 11th September 2024
