I recently received assistance from Alice at Hinckley & Rugby Building Society, and I wanted to share how helpful the experience was. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. If required they answer questions in a polite, pleasant manner. I recently needed to open a new savings account when one of my accounts had matured. I had a very positive experience with a staff member explaining everything and being most helpful. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
