New customer and good so far

New customer ( first year with them) good customer service and interest rates, hopefully continue to save with them when fixed comes to an end soon. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026

Branches provide excellent customer service.

Now moving to on-line availability, but, importantly retaining town centre walk-in branches where customer service is excellent. Also saving rates are competetive Reviewed on: 15th April 2026

Hinckley & Rugby B S Caring in our Community

Hinckley & Rugby Building Society in Spalding Town are excellent, they are so helpful, whenever you go in and what ever you need they want to help and support you. We have had several problems and just gone in, on several occasions, but each time, even though we are probably asking the same questions, they still don't seem to mind. Their ability to make you feel you are not stupid and that you are important is uppermost in that Office, whenever you go in. They have all the knowledge you need and spend whatever time you need with you to make you understand and to help. Thank you to you all, in Spalding, we, personally would not know what to do without this Office here in Spalding. Please don't ever go away or close, WE NEED YOU. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026

Good product, friendly staff
