First Class Customer Service from Jade

My wife and I visited the Castle Street branch today and we were greeted by Jade, a very charming assistant providing great customer service. Jade listened carefully to our requests and dutifully checked the required details. Finding a minor issue, Jade informed us clearly in a friendly way and helped resolve this very quickly. During our exchange Jade demonstrated her thorough product knowledge and signposted us to H&R B. Society's new app and online facilities of which we were unaware. Knowing that we can continue to easily use the H&R B Soc. has helped retain us as investors, since we expected to have to close our account if we moved away from the area and were unable to get to a branch. It was a pleasure doing business with Jade and we left feeling content and happy that our needs were fully met. Visit to Lutterworth

I have visited the Lutterworth branch who have assisted in registering a lasting power-of-attorney on my parents account. The accounts were not held at the Lutterworth office but with the rugby office, however all of the staff at Littleworth went out of their way to provide this service seamlessly, their attention to their customers is excellent and the service that I have received to support my parents is outstanding.
