i choose only branch based savings providers such as Hinckley and Rugby, its good to have face to face contact , for informative ,timely and accurate advice on current savings products. I wanted to move a 90 day withdrawal account into a ISA which I was able to do without 90 day notice, so was very pleased to see up the ISA the same day without any fuss, I was given a form to fill out in store so I wasn't wasting my time having to come back another day, after reading about which ISA would suit me best I set up the ISA account the very same day. H&RBS provide an excellent service for my brother

H&RBS provide an excellent service for my brother who has Downs and, after discussing his needs agreed a way forward for my Brother to keep his independence and be able to call into the branch to withdraw funds.
