I found renewing my travel insurance a nice & easy process, this is my second year of purchasing yearly travel insurance from Holiday Extras Reviewed on: 2nd June 2025

Confusing product names and clunky app.

The link to this travel insurance product from our cruise line mentions Bronze, Silver and Gold cover but the link I eventually used from Confused.com refers to Classic to Elite. So, I didn't know if I was buying the current product or even from the correct company. The App is very slow and clunky. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025
