Phone everytime!

Good service when finally found a phone number. Tried to renew online. Struggled for days going round in circles; asked for help, but no response, so very frustrating. Such joy hearing a real voice and speaking to a well-informed lady who was helpful, respectful and polite. So it will be telephone calls to you in the future. Reviewed on: 29th April 2025

Kept well informed of renewal date

It was easy to renew the insurance and also cheaper than the previous year, which was a bonus! Appreciated the advance notice of renewal which gave plenty of time to explore other options before deciding to stay with Holiday Extras travel insurance. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026

When searching for insurance products I always discuss the product with an institutions agent. This is a good way of assessing the quality of the organisation. I have found that “Holiday Extras” agents are amongst the best in the industry.
