Holiday Express is not insurance if you catch covid.

We contracted covid before our trip. We then made a claim and explained that obtaining a medical certificate was not possible in the UK which the call handler knew and suggested we submit covid test photos which we did. This was later refused as evidence. So although it is known by Holiday Express that a medical certificate is not possible they still insist upon having one. and refused our claim.
