Real people with sense of humour

I haven’t gone away yet so hopefully won’t have to use the insurance but scored Hx high just for the lovely persons I spoke to they were very friendly when getting the quote and even tho I had had cheaper quotes online I went with Hx as it was so nice to talk to a human being the chappy I spoke to to take up the insurance was great and had a sense of humour. I rang to renew my travel Insurance and spoke to a lovely man. He was very helpful, he didn’t rush me, and explained everything to me as we filled in the questionnaire.
