Ellie was very polite and pleasant to deal with, went through everything thoroughly and was a real pleasure to deal with, in fact a breath of fresh air in comparison to some of the previous insurance companies I’ve dealt with in my time. she made me feel reassured that the job was being done properly, which gives me confidence in HE as a whole. It was quick and easy to book online and the medical conditions section was easy to answer. There was a choice of Bronze, Silver and Gold providing different levels of cover at different prices. There were also optional extras, such as for skiing or dangerous sports. Reviewed on: 26th August 2024
