Had no issues at all.

Had no issues at all. The process to search for and purchase insurance was easy and straightforward. I was able to quickly enter allt details and was given a price straight away and then was able to easily makey purchase. Got a confirmation email shortly after and I'm able to view the details in the app too. Reviewed on: 19th July 2025

Excellent customer sevice online and telephone

Went through the quote process online but had a question around which summer sports activities the silver policy covers, so called. Lady who dealt with my query was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Makes such a refreshing change to deal with someone who is polite, cheerful and wants to help! Haven't been on the holiday yet so can't vouch for customer service should there be the need to contact them/ claim but my experience so far gives me confidence! Reviewed on: 19th July 2025
