Disappointed with Late Return Cover claim process

I purchased Late Return Cover, including coverage for car park delays. When my check-in was cancelled due to an airline error, I was forced to book a new flight and incurred extra costs. Customer service was unhelpful, and my claim was ultimately rejected. I ended up having to escalate the matter to the Financial Ombudsman.
