Sick in turkey - I thought I was dying

I got sick when I was away in turkey and thought I was dying, I was covered with insurance and I paid myself so I could get back to my son and claimed money back, the person in hospital called them and they were great speaking to me and telling me not to worry, I could of waited untill they paid but I was to eager to get back to my son i i had left with my family, my son also broke his iPhone on holiday as it got wet (boys) I paid to get it fixed and I received a refund from insurance, I am so thankful I got this insurance because I thought I was dying but it was sunburn that made me start to vomit and dioreah, if I could have private insurance at home I would I was right as rain in 24 hours Reviewed on: 23rd August 2025

Medical coverage at reasonable prices!

My wife and I have medical issues and Holidaysafe are one of the very few Travel Insurance companies willing to provide full coverage for a ‘realistic’ premium. Their online screening questionnaire is better than any of the other online providers! Reviewed on: 5th August 2025
