Outstanding service

When I had to make a claim for a holiday cancelled at the last minute Holidaysafe dealt with it very promptly and I was refunded within a very short timescale. Since then I have recommended them to many friends. One friend who chose to use them has been very impressed with them too. Reviewed on: 11th July 2025

Needed travel insurance with medical implications.

Needed travel insurance with medical implications. I got a very reasonable quote compared to many others which I accepted. Unfortunately 5 months later I had a different medical issue 5 days before a planned holiday, which I had to cancel. After completing all the necessary forms and questions I received a refund of the monies paid for my holiday. Reviewed on: 11th July 2025
