Do you always think that when it comes to renewal time "Why have we paid for travel insurance all these years & never needed it? Well recently, on a trip to the Canary Islands, we did. I was hospitalised with pneumonia & my wife, who has Parkinson's had to manage the situation from our hotel. This is where Holidaysafe sprang into action - quite literally. The tour company ( name & address supplied) reps were quite useless - we thought they would be the first to help. It was the people @ Holidaysafe/Collinsons who sorted everything, & there was a lot to sort. On our safe return to the UK we submitted our claim for the extra costs we had incurred & this was settled, without question, within 3 weeks. So, you may think "Why pay", but trust us, you never know & if & when you need it you'll be so glad you did. Reviewed on: 19th September 2024
