Excellent service

Can usually speak to someone on the telephone fairly quickly. Excellent service when I did come to make a claim for medical reasons, I was on holiday in France when suffered a stroke, they settled all my hospital & taxi fees. Highly recommend Reviewed on: 19th September 2024

We used holiday safe because of the extensive list of sports covered. My husband had an accident and hospitalised in America. I wasn’t able to contact by phone but I emailed our claim and everything was taken care of. Holiday safe dealt directly with the hospital and confirmed to me when all was settled. Holidaysafe puts its promises into practice

I was offered an insurance policy at a much better rate than other companies came up with. I had spent a long time contacting insurance companies and finally found Holidays after much research, who were willing to take me on - as a cancer patient - at a very good rate.
