A good attempt at being a digital business bank

The sign up process is easy, and the app is okay, in comparison to others who have better UI. Customer service on chat is slow, so whilst it may suit sole traders, larger businesses may need to consider alternative options, including one who has accessible customer service. Easy to use

Ever since I have used my knetic card it has been very good. If I ever have any problems I would ask the bank to help me and I get all the help with very friendly people at HSBC. Reviewed on: 11th March 2022

Excellent bank

I have never been happier with a bank as i am with HSBC Kinetic. Although mostly done online it feels that you are with someone next to you guiding you all the way. It’s simple, its fast and exceeded all my expectations at all levels. I Highly recommend it to any existing or new business and i am on the process of transferring my other accounts to HSBC. Still unsure why i took so long to change my business to HSBC Kinetic but now i am sure i found the safest place for my business. Reviewed on: 11th March 2022

Wow - amazing

Life is tough and sometimes you need something that just works without the faff. Welcome to HSBC kinetic - they’ve literally made my whole business banking experience exceptional and trouble free. Words cannot do express how much strain on my daily life has been relieved because of its simplicity and fair approach. All I can say is thank you from the bottom of my heart. What you need, when you need it!

I moved to the UK recently and when I decided to start a business account for my firm, HSBC was my default choice owing to the best experience I had with my HSBC Personal account. I registered my business during the pandemic and I had to set up everything from home online. The process to set up a business account with HSBC took me only a week after I uploaded all documents. The App was so simple to use and the main security of the App is that it can only be active on one device at a time. The App displays a performance report and Spend analysis that is very useful. There is also a cashflow on the home page of the app that reflects if the cash flow is positive or negative.
