Best banking app

One of the best banking up that I have came across AS off covet 19 no 1 was given any appointments or anything in the bank but with the hsbc with this up blitterlees made the life so easy with banking everything that I have never came across anything like this Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

I am new business owner. I thought the business banking was going to be diffucult to manage. However, what I found with HSBC Kinetic is that it is very easy to use. Very basic capabilities

Opening the account should have been straightforward. The account was in Beta when we first applied and a process that should have taken 48-72 hours ended up taking weeks and me chasing. I should have taken this as a warning! The account is basic and functional but now they've introduced fees, there are definitely better out there. The capabilities of this account are really poor. You cannot link up a live feed to xero accounting software (Despite advertising otherwise) and so after months of being sent from one team to another, I'm still manually importing every single transaction and it is very tedious. The telephone CS don't have a clue what the kinetic account is and so you get sent through to the personal banking people. You are most definitely not treated as a business customer. Honestly - I'll be taking my money elsewhere and I would heed others to do the same. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022
