The account is for sole traders or single director shareholder businesses. There’s no monthly account fee and you get free UK digital banking. The HSBC Kinetic account also includes a monthly cashflow outlook and categorised spending tools.

Smartest Business Banking app in the UK

HSBC’s Kinetic works as my digital business banking providing me with all the relevant banking solutions and cashflow tools for my star up. The app is very smart, understands me and it is easy to speak with support using chat. I moved my main bank to HSBC Kinetic now and overall very happy with it. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

Really straightforward and easy to use!

This was the first time using HSBC Kinetic over regular business banking and its been a delight to use. It takes seconds to log in to check payments going in and its been really easy to set up and make payments to staff all from within the app! Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

Best Business Account

HSBC have developed an excellent business account in Kinetic. Application process is very simple and the account was opened in less than 24 hours of application. Kinetic App is fairly easy to use and has a very user-friendly interface. Integration with major accounting packages makes life simpler. Partner Offers in the App are with reputed companies and also very useful for business owners. The only issue with the Kinetic account is that it doesn't offer 'View Only Access' to my accountants which would be very useful. Customer service weren't very knowledgeable on this issue and said Kinetic doesn't support Open Banking whereas there is an Open Banking connections option in the App. No problems so far except the minor issues above. No fees per transaction which is great. Very happy with the account overall. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022
