App is good and easy to navigate through

HSBC Kenetic app is easy to navigate through and am able to make changes I want on my app without even having to call the bank, both internal and external transfer are swiftly done with no issues. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

Very easy to get hold of cs and the are very supportive

Needed some extra funding to buy stock, did it all on the app then someone called me to confirm then the next day everything I needed appeared in the app! Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

Smartest Business Banking app in the UK

HSBC’s Kinetic works as my digital business banking providing me with all the relevant banking solutions and cashflow tools for my star up. The app is very smart, understands me and it is easy to speak with support using chat. I moved my main bank to HSBC Kinetic now and overall very happy with it. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

Really straightforward and easy to use!
