I absolutely love HSBC Kinetic, it’s a very simple to use, cost effective At your fingers business banking tool, that’s completely online and such a fantastic platform, it’s easy to receive payment from services you offer, send money to other businesses and has a great set of analytics to help you review and keep on track of your business finances, it has many integration options too to enable your pipelines to be stream lined Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

First time using Kinetic. The speed the business account was set up was instantly. The layout of the software is easy to use. Excellent customer support from HSBC Staff when I visited Old Swan branch for a face to face enquiry Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

Poor customer retention

16yr customer and told that I should bank somewhere else when the one time I spoke to them regarding issues. I have 4x businesses with them and the new kinetic is terrible. Doesn't even sync with Xero Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

Get start go

Very easy to open the account through online, simple process. Every one can access easily and comfortable.get the result immediately. Friendly customer care service. I am very happy to recommend to my friends someone them already taken. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

Not as simple as you think

Generally the Kenetic Account has been okay. I was repeatedly offered a credit card which I eventually accepted. When I asked (after lengthy period on hold) for a credit raise (my outstanding balance was zero) I was told I had to go through a full business review. I was told I couldn't make an appointment and that someone would contact me within 2 working days. Which they didn't. Finally I spoke with someone who told me the process would take 45 minuted to an hour. I said I had 56 minutes before my next meeting (hence why I wanted to make an appointment - I run a business after all). But I was told 56 minutes was not long enough and someone would call me back. Which they did on 3 occasions- but on each occasion I was in meetings - I may have mentioned I run a business hence why I wanted to make an appointment. So, sadly my experience with Kinetic has been very poor. Complete lack of flexibility or comprehensive of how a small business needs support. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

Great account

Really supported me when I needed it most.

Creating a business in such challenging environmental circumstances was a worry but the HSBC Kinetic business account made this part so easy. Streamlined signup, had only a minor hiccup in the daily use but thankful for the support. The hiccup in question is integrating it into Xero took more steps than I anticipated, but overall, after never using HSBC business banking before, I'm a loyal customer. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022
