Easy banking for my cleaning business

I used to use a competitor for my business banking but wasn’t happy so I switched to HSBC Kinect and oh my, the experience and service is second to none and always improving. Would recommend HSBC Kinect to any new business for ease of banking and one less thing to worry about as starting a business is stressful enough. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

Poor customer retention

16yr customer and told that I should bank somewhere else when the one time I spoke to them regarding issues. I have 4x businesses with them and the new kinetic is terrible. Doesn't even sync with Xero Reviewed on: 10th March 2022
