HSBC Kinetic has allowed me to keep my business profits and expenses separate to my regular bank account. This has many benefits, including seeing my business cash flow, keeping my accounts neat and organised for tax calculations, and also allowing me to setup a salary for myself to pay into my regular account from my business profits. The only downside I have so far is that I cannot use the Kinetic app as a contactless payment on my iPhone. This would be very helpful as I travel a lot using my phone to tap in and tap out for work trips. Other than this I am really enjoying the HSBC Kinetic app and bank account and think it is very well constructed and organised. It's been a massive asset to my business. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

Simple, Hassle Free Setup and Use

I opened a HSBC Kinetic account after becoming increasingly frustrated with a previous banking provider. HSBC Kinetic stood out as it's predominantly managed via the app - which is great - especially as it does away with the need for OTPs for sign-in (no good when you live somewhere with no signal!). The whole setup, migration and activation process was extremely simple, cards delivered in no time at all. Overall, very impressed indeed. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

Perfect business account option for a sole trader or small business. Streamlined look with an intuitive interface. Not many bells and whistles, and customer service access and response time could be a bit better. But for a no-nonsense and no fee (!) business account option, this is a solid choice. Best account for startups.

What a brilliant service, stated my company and its startup with very small investment, was not sure how to open bank account. HSBC Kinect helps me open my business bank account in 5 mins and received debit card in 3 days, very impressive. Support is brilliant. For startups, these thing really help to gain confidence.
