- Receipt: You can't get a proper receipt for transaction and this is a business account! When I want to send a payment proof to somebody who I'm trading I'm sending them a "screnshot". So funny for a business account. - Depositing cash: I'm going to the bank. I'm using the machine. I'm doing everything but HSBC is getting a fixed fee and plus a percentage of the amount deposited again as service fee. I'm afraid in coming days will take all the money I earn and give me only a few coupons for shopping. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

Easy to deal with and free banking

HSBC Kinetic is a free business banking app that is easy to use and has all options of a high street bank. Communicating with them through the app is straightforward so they meet all my needs. Totally recommend to all small businesses like my self. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

EASY AND QUICK TO SET UP

I like to use the app as its quicker to pay, but there is still a glitch where i have to be next to device to keep logging in. Please increase the daily allowance to more than £25K and also to be able to use desktop and mobile device at the same time to avoid time consuming. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023
