Super easy, user-friendly and perfect when starting your own business!

I'm really pleased with the services that the HSBC Kinetic account offers. I decided to go with them as my first business account and I cannot be happier! It is very user-friendly and straightforward. But the feature I like the most is their chat support. They're always replied very quickly and always give me good advice as well as solve my problems. Easy to use App, great Business Bank Account

I chose the Kinetic account for my new limited company as I was interested in banking with a traditional high street bank that I could visit if need be. The set up of the account was thorough but very straight forward and all completed via the app, which made it really easy. I also liked that I receive a full years worth of free banking. No issues so far, I was able to transfer money and order my business debit card with ease. Would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 31st March 2022

No link to accountancy packages

When I was advised to move my business account to Kinetic by HSBC no one mentioned that there is no link to accountancy packages and that all transactions have to be manually uploaded. What an oversight that has cost me so much time and energy. The app itself and customer services on the app are good. But when I complained to HSBC they have done nothing. The complaint was ignored, not responded to, no apology when I chased it, no acknowledgement of the issue, terrible customer service - and its a complaints department! They tried to blame Quickbooks but I know that they had no links to any accountancy packages on launch. So I don't now trust them. Its too much of a hassle to move my account but I wouldn't recommend it to others. Business benefits they offer also don't benefit me at all. Reviewed on: 31st March 2022
